Harrison Electric, Inc. is cautiously abiding by Gov. Walz “Stay at Home” Executive order, through April 13th, as the Covid-19 virus continues to be a public health crisis.
From now until April 13th, Harrison Electric will be taking phone calls and trying to help people out via phone, text, and other non contact methods. Please leave a message if you don’t get through, as we are fielding many calls, and have limited staff at this time.
We are working through essential/life safety calls, taking them on a case by case basis. “Essential/Life Safety” includes, but not limited to: medical necessity (power supplying respirator, oxygen machine, cooling/heating of prescriptions & medical supplies), sanitary (power supplying sewage ejector pumps, sump pumps, well pumps), cooking (power out to oven or other cooking appliances), refrigeration (power out to equipment used for food preservation), no power to home, and heat (power out to eclectic heat, furnace or boiler systems). Based upon over 35 years of business experience, we may refer to another provider which may be a more adequate and /or timely solution to your need at hand.
At this time, our normal jobs and projects are being scheduled tentatively in 2-4 weeks. This would include things such as lighting upgrades, ceiling fans, basement wiring, wiring for remodels, service upgrades, sale of home compliance, safety inspections, and general electric repairs and installations, etc.
Harrison Electric has been working with the CDC, Mn Department of Health and other resources, for guidance on procedures in dealing with this Covid-19 public health crisis. We will continue to monitor the situation and make decisions based on projections, keeping the safety and well-being of our employees and customers at the forefront of our minds.
